HOW OFTEN DO YOU UPDATE YOUR INVENTORY?

We get new items at least once a month. Make sure you visit our site often for the newest releases! You can also subscribe to our newseller!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

YES!Shipping charges for orders to CANADA start at $10.95 (large envelope) and $25.00 (small box).

Priority mail to other countries (i.e. Australia) start at $15.00 (large envelope).

YES we do. The check must clear before we ship your order though. Send us your order with an email or fax.

WHY ARE YOUR PRICES FLUCTUATING?

The are many factors that determine our cost. For the books that come from Greece, beyond the cost to the publisher we have to pay the Dollar/Euro currency exchange rate difference which for the past few years varies between 1.22 to 1.47. In addition, for the publishers who don’t have an export license, we have to pay the value added tax or retail sales tax which is currently 6.5%. We then have to pay for shipping from Greece to the US and customs’ taxes right before we receive the shipment. Other factors that affect our prices are the quantity we order for each title, the availability (if it’s a new or an old title), the color and paper quality for some publications. Paper back or hard cover also make a difference in pricing. This is a complicated equation with many variables and we try hard to keep our costs and operational expenses down and pass as many discounts as we can to our customers.

REFUNDS?

Yes, within 30 days of purchase.

We make it easy. For recent purchases we credit your card or mail your a check. ALL returns (defective items exluded) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No fee for exchanges.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, contact us to arrange store credit, exchange, or refund.

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING EXPENSES but you can use any shippment method. Refunds are issued once we receive back the product(s).
