SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (USPS). We ship to ALL 50 states. Location does NOT affect shipping cost. Shipping charge is determined by total order.

Within the United States most of our items ship the next business day and reach the customer in less than a week (most orders reach their destination in 2 to 3 days). Special orders may take more time.

For very large orders we may use FedEx ground or UPS ground.

MAKE SURE YOU USE A POST OFFICE DELIVERABLE ADDRESS! Customer will be responsible for shipping charges on returns for undeliverable addresses.

New for 2011, The Greek Bookstore offers the “Hold For Pickup” at no extra charge. Just indicate it on your email or when you place an order.

What is “Hold for Pickup”? It’s a convenience for those that work during the time USPS makes a delivery or can’t wait for the package. Packages with the Hold For Pickup endorsement are shipped directly to a Post Office, instead of being left at a recipient’s address. Packages are then held at the Post Office until picked up anytime during office hours, at a time convenient for the recipient.

You can also pick up your order free of shipping charges from downtown Chicago (Loop), Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm or by Lincoln and Pratt (North side) after 6:00pm

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping charges for orders to CANADA and Mexico start at $11.95 (Envelope 15" x 9-1/2" or smaller) (max. wt. 4 lbs.), $13.95 for a Small Flat Rate Box (max. wt. 4 lbs.) and $27.95 for a Medium Flat Rate Box (max. wt. 20 lbs.) and $35.50 for a Large Flat Rate Box (max. wt. 20 lbs.). Insurance might be added to the above prices.

Priority mail to other countries (i.e. Australia) start at $13.95 (envelope), $50.00 (medium box - 20 lbs max) and $60.00 for the Large box (max. wt. 20 lbs.). Insurance might be added to the above prices.

An envelope usually holds one book or two thin notebooks.

A medum box usually holds between 6 to 9 (medium sized) books (i.e Novels).

RETURNS?

If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, contact us to arrange store credit, exchange, or refund.

We make it easy. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. The product must be in good condition though. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING EXPENSES but you can use any shippment method. Refunds are issued once we receive back the products.
